In this 2 minutes podcast I talk about how one must see their own reality as only a bad dream and wake up to enter the real reality because as Seneca once said we suffer more in our imagination than in reality, hence we need to realize this and wake up thinking that our imagination which cause us unnecessary sorrow is just a bad dream.
