2021 started out very uncertain for music, just like in all aspects of life, but through lockdowns and social distancing people persevered and still made some great art. Some of the artists that dropped impactful albums this year include Billie Eilish, Adele, Jon Batiste, Brandi Carlile, and H.E.R.
But of course you don’t come to The List to hear just about the big popular albums (of course, we still throw in a few), you come here to nerd out with us on all the lesser-known, under the radar music…. So without further adieu, we have gathered together our favorite albums of 2021 to share with you and we are very excited about them!
