MacKinzie Peregoy, better known as Mac, is an American female golfer who suffers from a heart defect known as heterotaxy syndrome as a result of being born with only one ventricle. Essentially MacKenzie operates at 80% of the normal persons oxygen and the condition causes the blood in her body to have very little oxygen. Despite her condition, MacKenzie is a winner of the California Girl's Junior Am, California Women's Am, and was the #1 ranked amateur in the world at age 14. She is now an LPGA Pro!
