Many of us often feel like our inner hero and inner villain are constantly fighting. ⁤

⁤I was chatting with a client about this recently, and it hit me how powerful this concept is. ⁤⁤So, I decided to make a podcast episode on this topic. ⁤⁤So here we go… ⁤

⁤The inner villain is the one who puts you down and tells you that you're not smart enough, not destined for success, or that you can't achieve your goals. ⁤⁤On the other hand, your inner hero is there to challenge these lies, cheer you on, and inspire you to believe in yourself. ⁤

⁤Then, who's gonna win? ⁤

⁤I have an absolutely accurate answer to this question: It depends on which one you feed! ⁤

⁤Every single day, you can choose to silence the villain and feed the hero. You can start by telling yourself that you are enough. When you really believe that you can achieve anything you set your mind to, you'll see yourself achieving it. Because you become what you believe. ⁤

⁤Yes, you're absolutely capable of breaking free from the limiting beliefs your inner villain has imposed on you for so long. ⁤⁤Love yourself, believe in your own greatness, set boundaries, and surround yourself with positive people - this way, the inner villain doesn't stand a chance! ⁤
