In this episode I talk about what it takes to be a strong circle & space holder.
I have been holding women's circles for 15 years as part of my soul purpose.
In this episode I share a few of the magic ingredients and what I feel to be the 3 cornerstones to a successful circle.
My commitment to myself and my attendees has always been to create beautiful, heart-connected spaces where women feel safe to be heard, held & witnessed.
This involves:
1. Energetic discernment & pristine practices
2. Freedom from power plays & triggers
3. A high vibrational, heart-connected space
There are many more elements involved in creating magical spaces but these are key to ensuring success.
