Elaine, a self-confessed rebel teen took a leap that would change her life forever and joined the ADF at the young age of 17. We go through how the military shaped her into the person she is today. But it wasn’t without its flaws. Elaine was diagnosed with stage 5 cervical cancer and after 13 years of service was medically discharged, but the reason why is a story we have heard too many times before on the podcast. She is now the founder of Wellness Ignitor and has officially started her new podcast. Elaine spent the day at my house and I taught her what I know and let me tell you. She is a natural.
