Today we talk to Gabriel Cajiga, Fullbright Scholar in Law, and Willy Vasquez, PhD student in Cryptography, to talk about Cyber 9/12 Strategy Challenge, and how writing and tech are deeply present in this global competition. Gabriel Cajiga is a Panamanian lawyer and Fulbright scholar experienced in intellectual property, information technology and business law. Willy Vasquez is an American PhD student interested in designing provably secure systems using cryptography and formal methods.
