In this episode of the Mass Amplify Show with Britt Michaelian, British racing driver, Pippa Mann discusses her journey as the first ever British female to contest the Indy500, how she found the Dale Coyne Racing Team and why she decided to partner with the Susan G Komen Foundation on the #GetInvolved campaign to raise $50,000. Pippa talks about lessons she has learned about crowdfunding, social media amplification and branding and how being a racecar driver is a great metaphor for life.

A tip from Pippa on getting amplified on social media:

"If somebody just shares something you are sharing or Retweeting something you are saying it doesn't go as far. A message can go much further when you can get people talking about something organically in their own words, from their own accounts."

On why Pippa partnered with a breast cancer foundation:

"There have been 9 women who have qualified for the Indy500 in its history therefore statistically 1 of these women you have supported, it’s gonna be one of us who [breast cancer] might be affecting."

On racing to the finish line:

"You can do and be anything, but you’re gonna have to work really really hard for it, and your gonna have to suffer setbacks and your gonna have to be prepared to dig in and you’re gonna have to be determined and you're gonna have to be stubborn."
