Signature Cocktail: The Bossy Dame

Impeccable discernment, insouciant charm… effervescent bubbles.

1 1/2oz botanical gin
1 1/2oz sweet vermouth
1/4oz grand marnier
1/4oz amaro Montenegro
1 dash Angostura bitters
Seltzer or club soda
Pineapple wedge (garnish)

Stir ingredients in an ice-filled glass to combine. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, and top up with soda. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
