According to a 2015 study published by American Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome society it is estimated that over 17- 24 million people suffer from Chronic fatigue syndrome ME/CFS worldwide , the study revealed that CFS is generally more prevalent in women but according to the world health organisation ,medical professionals are yet to reach a consensus as to how chronic fatigue syndrome may be definitively diagnosed .
some of the symptoms of CFS are extreme tiredness even after resting or sleeping,, Sleep apnoea waking up frequently during the night etc .
My guest on this episode is Dr Kelly Winnett a Naturopatic Doctor and specialist in Mycotoxin Illness and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome ,

she is based in Arizona United states of America.

Her childhood ,she was born with pneumonia and asthma as well as a very weak immune system which led to her being placed on antibiotics early in life .
How her childhood situation influenced her choice of career .
