In this episode Dan and Anne discuss how bias stands in the way of team performance and how to overcome it. Anne currently sits on the board of 3M and is the Lead Director at Franklin Covey as well as being a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Professor of Executive Education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Anne is the first woman of color CEO in AT&T's 140 year history.
