The 2024 NBA Draft is being labeled as the "worst in a long time" and "experts" are saying that there are "no standout players". Atlanta Hawks fans are saying that it is quite fitting that the Hawks land the number one overall pick in a draft with this many negative labels. But negativity surrounding a draft doesn't mean that there aren't great players that can come out of it. Look at 2013, Giannis Antetokounmpo was drafted fifteenth, but most of the picks ahead of him have fizzled out in the NBA.
