Have you ever had an anxiety attack? One that disrupts your steady breathing, motor functions and critical thinking?? While I myself have learned how to constructively deal with anxiety issues many do not know how to. Here is a quick story of something that still gives me anxiety from time to time and some helpful tips that I do to combat it from having a heavy effect on me.
