JustCarmen and BeingAndyJane talk about mental health and how it impacts the military community. There are so many stigmas associated with mental health, especially PTSD and talking about it helps make it a normal conversation. There are resources available to service members, veterans, and their family members outside of Tricare, VA and private insurance. Mental health is a real issue and it's time to wake up, get help and help each other to live healthier happier lives. This is a real conversation that needs to be had and we're starting it. They also weigh in on a story of a veteran, John Michael Watts, that lit himself on fire in protest of the DVA (Department of Veteran Affairs).
