“No, that's completely true. and there are, there are different types of coaches. There are coaches who can teach you how to invest in a specific class of real estate. There are coaches who focus more on mindset. There's a whole range that not all coaches are created equal. It can seem like a sales pitch and it can be expensive, but it is exactly like you say, it's about learning from other people's experience. And you can fast track a lot of your development that way. Like, no matter how good you are, how great you are, having perspective, someone sitting on the sidelines with a different perspective to you can really help to stop you from stumbling over things and just give you advice that maybe sometimes we're blinded to ourselves.”
