This episode is a masterclass on the four stages of competence. (Which are the stages we go through when learning new skills or changing habits!) The stages are: unconscious incompetence (ignorance), conscious incompetence (awareness), conscious competence (learning), and unconscious competence (mastery). I’m going to be walking you through how to move from ignorance to mastery in four simple steps.

I also mention using models and frameworks, such as the Sacred Lightkeeper Quadrants and the Wedge of Expectations, to support the learning process.

Press play and tune in to…

  • Progress through the four stages of competence
  • Stay consistent to move from conscious competence to unconscious competence
  • Embrace mastery as an ongoing process with no finish lines in personal growth and skill development
