In our next episode, we welcome U.S. Army Veteran Chris Lancia, Tennessee's first Director of Military and Veteran Initiatives. With a 26-year career in the Army, Chris now focuses on building infrastructure to make Tennessee a top destination for veterans and their families. As the director of the Tennessee Governor’s Veteran Fellowship Program and the chief of staff of the Tri-Stars and Stripes, Chris is dedicated to supporting service members, veterans, and their families.

Throughout his career, Chris has excelled in logistician and public affairs roles, designing sustainment plans and crisis communications strategies for large organizations.
