Hassa Marwan Alsudairy is a Saudi Arabian archaeologists with a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology and a Master's degree in International Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management. Saudi Arabia boasts a treasure trove of ancient wonders and mysteries, with a staggering 80% of the country yet to be excavated.In 2021, archaeologist discovered the world's oldest Life-sized Camel Carving etched into the side of a mountain, dating back between 5200 and 5600 BC. That’s older than Stonehenge and the Pyramids at Giza. Through archaeology, we find clues about the evolution of climates, landscapes, civilizations, and humankind. For instance, Saudi Arabia once had a tropical and wet landscape and endured during the ice age. Hassa hopes that Saudi’s rich archaeological wonders will attract tourists and further breakthroughs in the field. She credits her mother for always encouraging her to learn and pursue her passions.
