There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow. So today is the right day to love, to believe, and to mostly just live. This quote from the Dalai Lama speaks to us today about presents. Welcome to the modern creative woman exploring the art and science.
I want to talk to you today about presence. Not the kind you give and receive. This is the kind that you intentionally cultivate to feel good in your life. I'll give you a little bit about how psychology describes presence, how it fits in with creativity. Listen in for five of the reasons that you need to cultivate present moment awareness. Plus a bonus reason you will love!
