The Modern Eater Show is back from the Salty Crab Bar & Grill in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. We started the show with a look at some of our finer moments in Florida from the views to the amazing food and beverages we’ve had up and down the coast. There was one story that we had to get into regarding ‘restaurant etiquette. Erin Boyle, Executive Director of CHOW (Culinary Hospitality Outreach and Wellness) came on to discuss the mission and how mental health is important to the entire industry. We share back and forth and let the industry know where and how to seek help when needed. Chef Mark Henry from Roosters House of Ramen in Colorado Springs hops on and gives us a quick rundown from the Shamrock Food Show as well as some new insights into vegan lifestyle and cooking. We are booking our trip south to go see him in action at Roosters House of Ramen. As always, this great content is brought to you by our partners listed below.
