Myths, legends, and spooky stories told around the campfire are an ingrained part of the very fabric of Appalachia. However, we know the monsters are real. After the war, the survivors tried to start over.
In an isolated corner of the Savage Divide, the “Sons of Dane” came face to face with a creature from the pages of folklore. In the end, when the music stopped, all that remained was a cold wind blowing through an empty compound.
Now an old automated message brings the story of the Sons of Dane back into the light. Investigation and elimination of Cryptids is vital to securing the future of Appalachia.
But is the Colonel ready to face her fears or will she repeat the mistakes of the past?
