Our culture wants to define self care as bubble baths, giant pieces of chocolate cake, girls nights out, and spa days. And while these things are nice, they often times seem so out of reach. Self care shouldn't be about treating ourselves (although treating ourselves is important too!) but rather it should be more about forming healthy, daily habits and caring for ourselves mentally, physically and spiritually.
In this episode, I'm going to talk about the true definition of self care. Let's move closer to creating daily, healthy habits together!

I'll share 5 key components of self care in this episode. We will discuss:

1. Establishing daily habits that care for your physical health.

2. Learning to be introspective and listen to your mind and body.

3. Defining and enforcing boundaries.

4. Guarding the doors to your mind.

5. Treating yourself.

I'll then share with you HOW to implement these daily habits and create a life where self care is just part of our routine instead of something you run to when you feel like life has pushed you to your limit.
