Welcome to Season 2 of The Mompreneur Mindset Podcast. In the first solo episode of the season, I discuss how to create a vision for your business and use this vision to create a roadmap for your business. It will be something that you can refer back to again and again and will help you to make decisions about your business that will only lead to success!

Creating a vision for your business is important because not only will it help you to track your progress towards your goals, but it will also give you a sense of direction and purpose. You will then be able to create a roadmap that is in alignment with your hopes and desires. If you are feeling lost when it comes to your business and need a little guidance on how to create a vision and roadmap for your business, give this episode a listen.

In this episode I discuss:

  • How to create your business vision
  • How to create a Vision Statement
  • An example of how to use your vision to create a business roadmap
