I sat up late following up on a conversation thinking about the challenges businesses are facing now as 2016 draws to a close.

On the show I talk about the need for even small businesses and entrepreneurs to start to plan for investing more of their budget into marketing. The attention economy is so competitive now that unless you really invest – in outsourcing, in-house or your own bootstrapped time – you'll be in trouble.
