What do you do if you're not increasing the number of sales or leads that you need to stay in or grow your business ?

This is something we talk to clients about very often and typically small-to-medium sized businesses.

A lot of it comes down to solo entrepreneurs bootstrapping their business, not having the resources to put into their marketing alongside doing the job they love; for bigger teams, it can often come down to the marketer(s) on the team just not having a big enough range of skills to cope. The industry is changing so much at the moment it's getting harder and harder to keep up.

In this episode, I offer a practical approach to moving things forward.
