Arguably, women are already running many organizations--frequently behind the scene and without the proper credit. But officially, women still represent a small percentage of C-suite positions and law firm leadership roles. Yet, numerous studies show that businesses thrive with women at the helm. And the stereotypes that women don't work well with other women are finally losing steam. These issues beg the question-- would things really change if new leadership was given the chance?
