The system that needs to be transformed is huge and set up so that implementing "the right things" often is not jet supported by the rules, politics gives those cooperations. Anders spent his lifetime at this interface and helped us to get a better understanding of what is really happening there.

1.st when there is no business model for your solution, we won't be able to implement it on scale

2.nd politics can create the environment so that it is easier to find business models for the "right" products.
