My first time talking to Anita was through a semi-panicked voicemail I left for her as I was trying to figure out how to get my daughter registered for a week-long event (TeenPact). Her return phone call was not only especially helpful, but she was so endearing and encouraging; I knew I would enjoy any conversation with her later! And I was right.
