In This Guided Meditation we focus on breath and clear our aura and body with the Air Element. Our minds can get full with thoughts from throughout the day. Its so important to clear or minds or "focus" the direction of our thoughts into a positive neutral space, so we can remove the emotion and witness our thoughts. In doing so we can move on to make the best choices that are in our highest good.
