The fire ant bites with 2 doses of children’s Benadryl subsided. We got the children’s version for when Lily, my show producer cat, was alive. She had sneezing and what we were told were allergies. So, we researched and found that the child Benadryl is supposed to be safe for cats…since her prescribed meds was way to big for her to swallow. Later we found it wasn’t allergies, but a strange thing called feline lung to digit cancer. If your cat is sneezing blood and has a blood encrusted nose…like our Lily, might NOT be allergies…ask your vet to check for that cancer.
