As you’ve heard in the news that President Cyril Ramaphosa says that he wants 40 percent of government's procurement to go to women-owned businesses. Ramaphosa was speaking at the official National Women's Day celebration at Poffader in the Northern Cape. The day is celebrated under the theme, celebrating 30 years of democracy towards women's development. He says the Women's Economic assembly was launched to identify procurement opportunities for women in different industries. But then, there was very little to nothing mentioned about people living with disabilities.
