There was a ton that went down during last week's trade deadline. Good teams adding, bad teams selling, the Yankees not doing anything, and the Mets just absolutely tanking. It took us a couple of days to get our emotions in check to talk reasonably and even longer to edit our marathon recap session but it is finally here! We start with the Mets of course and the new and saddening direction that the front office has taken, but then we cover the whole damn deadline. So many teams maneuvering this road in fascinating ways while the Yankees are in a ditch with the check engine light on. We touch on all 30 MLB teams in this one, so buckle up and enjoy!
