Jacob Israel Liberman is a pioneer in the fields of light, vision, and consciousness. He earned a doctorate in the field of optometry and a Ph.D. in Vision Science. He is the Past President of the College of Syntonic Optometry and the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine (ISSSEEM).
