To ensure they feel safe to handover important personal information (like their past medical history, psycho-social issues and social history) during the subjective assessment...

That helps you make sense of your patient's injury.

This all starts with being able to make a great first impression...

Then keep that connection with your patient throughout the treatment plan and your sessions together.
