The Legal Clinic for the Disabled (LCD) provides free high-quality legal services to low-income people with physical disabilities and to the deaf and hard of hearing in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties, Pennsylvania. This week LCD staff Attorneys, Ben Beck-Coon and Sherry Thomas step up to the Soapbox to talk about the LCD and the onsite legal services to low-income patients that are available through their offices at the Abbottsford Falls Family Practice and Counseling Health Center in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. The Northwest Soapbox is a platform for the people of Northwest Philadelphia to offer commentary, share news or make a call for action.
