Jay Conner joined the podcast to discuss his strategies for raising private money for real estate, which he has been employing since 2009. Jay's approach is similar to mine in that he educates people on how his deals work, and then money tends to find him. He also explored the benefits of self-directed retirement accounts and discussed his approach to managing private lender investments in real estate. Lastly, Jay introduced a new free 7-day private money challenge, 'Raising Private Money with Jay Connor,' to further educate and share experiences in raising private money. You can sign up for the 7 day private money challenge here: https://privatemoneychallenge.com/ Also, check out Jay's YouTube channel and podcast on private money.
