Astronauts living and working on the International Space Station (ISS) celebrate Christmas in creative ways, such as decorating the ISS with lights and other festive decorations, preparing special Christmas meals with food on board, and staying in touch with loved ones through video calls and other forms of communication. They also have the opportunity to see the Earth from a different perspective and cosmic phenomena while in space. However, they must also deal with the challenges of living in a zero gravity environment, including performing tasks that we take for granted on Earth, like cooking and eating, and the isolation from their loved ones. Despite these challenges, astronauts still find ways to celebrate the holiday season while on the ISS.
