In episode 4, Emma Gray speaks alongside podcast guest host Kaitlyn Bywater to Billee Holdsworth. Billee is a mum of 4 and shares her experience and diagnosis with Postnatal OCD of which she was diagnosed after the birth of her fourth child.

Currently it is thought that around 2-3% of women experience postpartum OCD. The postpartum period is a high-risk time for the development of OCD symptoms as OCD is thought to be secondary to major stressful events such as childbirth. Failure to diagnose this disorder quickly and correctly is common and is associated with potentially serious consequences for the mother and her family and for this reason we thought it was important to have this conversation to create awareness for the disorder and how it presents in postpartum.
