Mateo Kovacic is the latest guest on the Official Man City Podcast.

The Croatia international has already enjoyed a career most footballers can only dream of.

At 29, he has represented Dinamo Zagreb, Inter, Real Madrid and Chelsea before moving to Manchester earlier this year.

During that time, the midfielder has won an incredible 18 major honours including four Champions League trophies.

That’s not to mention a runners-up finish at the 2018 World Cup before coming third in last year’s edition.

Now he’s part of a City squad seeking to follow in the footsteps of our historic Treble winning campaign.

And he’s made a strong start to life at the Etihad, playing 14 times as City have set the early pace in the Premier League and guaranteed safe passage to the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Despite all of his prior experience, Kovacic admits in this podcast that he’s learning every day from working with Pep Guardiola.

Sitting down with hosts Rob Pollard and Paul Dickov, he recounts tales from his spells with some of Europe’s biggest clubs and what it was that attracted him to Manchester.

Then he delves deep into how life at City helps get the best out of footballers and his hopes for his time in sky blue.

It’s an episode not to be missed!
