Even before Cade Cunningham's arrival at Oklahoma State, many analysts and draft boards had him ranked as the top prospect in the 2021 NBA Draft. After an outstanding season becoming the Big 12 Player of the Year, an All-American, and leading OSU to the NCAA tournament, his draft stock hadn't fallen.
So, the Cowboys gathered to watch and celebrate his inevitable draft night as the number one overall pick in the best way they knew how.
