Here’s the Five Star Review I wrote for Desert Skies back on August 13, 2023. -- This show is hilarious, sublime and at times devastatingly heartbreaking. The writing, sound design and voice acting are all stellar. Just an impressively executed podcast from concept to creation. From Buick Skylarks to Gas Station Burritos there's so much weirdness lovingly stitched together with grounded human stories and impeccable wit. Highly recommend. One of the easiest and most comfortable Fiction Podcasts to sink into.
