Jill coached the United States women’s national soccer team for five years, beginning in 2014 leading the United States Women’s National Soccer Team to two World Cup wins in 2015 and 2019. She also won two FIFA Women’s World Cups with the USWNT and is the development director of the United States Soccer Federation, overseeing the national youth teams development program.
