Frank starts the third hour talking about Kamala Harris' VP pick of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. He talks about his personability, him being an opponent of ballot access and impact on the race. He is later joined by Anya Gillinson, Russian born immigrant to the U.S. and an author, whose latest book is Dreaming in Russian.
