The holiday season hasn’t officially kicked off until the boys hit the road and broadcast from a Hagan Ace location, and 2023 is no different. It was off to Callahan this year, and boy, did they had a blast hanging out with everyone! They also had a lot of fun inside the Hagan Ace…which is absolutely HUGE!!!

Here’s your KirbyCo Builders, Inc cooking tip of the week: Tera’s Grandmother made this every year for Thanksgiving. It goes great with anything… especially chili!

Gigi’s Cornbread Casserole

2 eggs beaten

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup sour cream

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

2 teaspoons sugar

1 small can creamed corn

1 small can kernel corn, drained

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 13″ X 9″ baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
