After tragically losing his father in 2015 due to a heart attack, Ivan Cholakov, in his honor set out to assist other fathers in achieving healthier and more fulfilling lives.
In 2020, Ivan initiated “The Spartan Dad Project” during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
“The Spartan Dad Project” has achieved 2,000 success stories and transformed hundreds of lives over the past two years.
He persevered through adversity with unwavering determination, striving to find his purpose despite facing ups and downs.
Ivan is a born-again Christian, a fat loss specialist and a nutritionist.
He aims to transform 1 million lives with “The Spartan Dad Project”
