In the beginning of Season 2, we ran a 3-Part series about the Panjwai Massacre, where SSG Robert Bales walked off Village Stability Post Belambai and murdered 17 Afghan Civilians. This week, we bring you another point of view, from one of the senior NCO's of the Uplift detachment, consisting of conventional infantryman attached the Special Forces ODA at Belambai. David Godwin was a squad leader in B/2-3 Infantry assigned to VSP Belambai in 2012 and worked and lived closely with SSG Robert Bales. David talks about his previous experiences with Bales, and offers his own perspective on the events at VSP Belambai in 2012
