David Allen is a professor of English at the College of Staten Island and is the chair of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the School of Education. David has written several books on the importance of collaboration between teachers and the impact this can have on their students’ education. Today we'll be talking about how to make the most from a collaborative teaching environment and run through why it is so important to reflect and share teaching experiences with our colleagues.
