In the first half, Patricia interviews Julie Etter, a Boston-area realtor and author of Lily and Andrew Are Moving. In a charming new storybook that looks at moving from a child’s point of view, Etter provides a valuable GPS for families changing addresses. Lily and Andrew Are Moving is an educational tool in the guise of a sweet children’s story about a brother and sister getting ready to move. It’s a powerfully effective engagement device that helps kids better “process” each stage of moving. In the second half Patricia interviews William Pullen, a psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). In his book, Running with Mindfulness: Dynamic Running Therapy (DRT) to Improve Low Mood, Anxiety, Stress, and Depression, Pullen lays out a roadmap to overcoming tough emotional issues. He offers powerful coping strategies that can be used throughout one's entire life - through movement and mindfulness.
