I’m a huge mental health and therapy advocate and really just want my people to heal...In this episode I chat with my friend and therapist Mychelle Williams about taking the first steps to actually seeking therapy. Mychelle is a Philly native but resides in Chicago. Of course she drops some gems About resources to help. This is first in the series of interviewing Black mental health professionals. I believe therapy and seeking help is like dating...you gotta find the right fit.
