Day 1 of camp is done. Justin Fields filled in for Russell Wilson as Wilson sat out with calf tightness. Will Wilson be able to hold off Fields all year and stay healthy? Do fans think Russell Wilson will be the starter all season long? MLB insider Jim Bowden from The Athletic joined the show. Jim talked about what Ben Cherington and the Pirates need to do at the trade deadline. Jim said he talked to a few GMs around the league that will be selling at the deadline, and what those teams could be looking for. Jim thinks the Pirates are the best team fit for Jazz Chisholm and he would start the conversation with Henry Davis as the center of the return. What about Brent Rooker? What would teams need to give up for him and is he worth it? Would Josh Bell be included in a deal involving Chisholm? Jim said this is the time of year when the GM and owner need to step up and it’s their time to shine.
